Three markets, one name
Willoughby and Walnut Grove are dense, fast and volume driven. Agents here list often, and what decides who they use a second time is whether the last set arrived on time and whether it matches the one before it. Consistency is a deliverable in this part of Langley, not a nicety, because a buyer scrolling a brokerage's listings should not be able to tell which ones were shot on a bad day.
Fort Langley is the opposite problem. The stock is older, the detail is the point, and shooting it wide and moving on throws away the reason it is worth what it is worth. Millwork, windows, the way a room was actually built. Those need frames of their own rather than being background in a wide shot.
Aldergrove and south Langley run to acreage, where the land carries the listing and the house is part of it rather than all of it. Different equipment, different day, same city.
