Real estate photography and video in Pitt Meadows

Pitt Meadows is compact enough that we know most of it by sight, and the stock divides cleanly. There is townhome and condo supply clustered within walking distance of the West Coast Express station, single family neighbourhoods around the core, and then flat agricultural land running north and west toward the dykes and the Pitt River.

That flatness is the thing that changes the media. A house on a large flat parcel photographs poorly from the ground, because there is no elevation to establish where the property ends. From forty metres up the same parcel reads immediately: boundaries, outbuildings, the shape of the land and how far it runs. It is the clearest example in our whole coverage area of aerial coverage being informational rather than decorative.
