Where the lots get large
Websters Corners is the point at which Maple Ridge stops feeling suburban. The lots are larger, a good deal of the stock is semi-rural, and the relationship between the house and the land it sits on becomes part of what is being sold rather than a detail.
That is where drone earns its place, and it does so on most listings here rather than occasionally. From the ground a two acre parcel and a half acre parcel photograph almost identically; from the air the difference is immediate, and so are the things a buyer actually wants to know, which are where the boundaries run, what the outbuildings are and how the land lies.
How we scope it
A typical Websters Corners package is a full interior and exterior photo set, aerial coverage of the parcel and its approach, and a floor plan. On the larger holdings we will often shoot the access as well, because how you get to a rural property is a real question for buyers and one that photographs of the house never answer.
The neighbourhood sits north of Cottonwood and east of Silver Valley, which makes it a natural second stop on a day already booked in either.
The questions buyers actually ask
How much land, what is on it, and how much of it is usable. Semi-rural buyers are weighing parcels against parcels, and a property described as one acre and a property described as two acres are in different conversations regardless of how similar the houses are.
