Q: How many photos come with a shoot?

It depends on the size and layout of the property rather than on a fixed count. A one bedroom condo does not need forty frames and a five bedroom house is not served by twenty. We shoot what the property has and cut anything repetitive.

Q: Do you shoot on a bright day only?

No. Interiors are lit and blended regardless of the weather. Exteriors are better on a bright or evenly overcast day, and if the forecast is poor we will tell you before the shoot rather than deliver a grey frontage.

Q: Can you photograph an empty home?

Yes. Empty rooms photograph well when they are shot square and lit properly, and adding a floor plan helps buyers judge size without furniture for reference.

Most Listing Photography Fails in One of Two Directions. Shoot for the Room and the Windows Burn Out, Which Removes the View the Seller Is Paying for. Shoot for the Windows and the Room Goes Muddy and Orange. Bracketing Captures Both, and Blending by Hand Rather than by Preset Keeps the Result Looking Like the Room Instead of Like an Effect.

Verticals Are Corrected so Walls Are Parallel and the House Does Not Lean. Colour Is Corrected Against the Actual Wall Paint, Not Pushed Warm to Look Inviting. Buyers Who Arrive at a Showing Should Recognise the Place from the Photos, Because the Alternative Is a Disappointed Buyer and an Agent Who Has to Manage It.
