Q: Does the furniture come with the house?

No, and that is exactly why every staged image is labelled. The photograph shows what the room could look like furnished; the empty frame is delivered alongside it so nobody is guessing.

Q: Can you stage a room that already has furniture in it?

Those are two different jobs. Furnishing an empty room is this service. Taking out what is already there is a separate request, priced separately, and the balcony above is one we did — ask before the shoot and it can be quoted with the rest.
